This kind of wire rope is designed for suspended platforms which connect the suspension and the platform through the hoist and safety lock. A standard ZLP suspended platform usually need 4 wire ropes.
Details of wire rope
Wire ropes for suspended platforms are usually galvanized steel ones which are very tough. We use 4 wire ropes to suspend a ZLP standard platform, of which 2 as working ropes and the other 2 as safety ropes.
They are all 31SW+FC-8.3/8.6/9.1 wire ropes.
Generally speaking, 8.3 ( which means the diameter of the rope is 8.3 mm ) wire ropes are for ZLP 250, 9.1 ropes are for ZLP1000. ZLP500 and ZLP600 use 8.3 or 8.6 ropes. While ZLP800 use 8.6 or 9.1 ropes.
